Miss Rawling’s Cottage has a certain rustic charm with beamed ceilings, exposed brickwork and woodburning stove. The pretty interior is delightful with plenty of room for six guests and a dog. Outside, there’s an enclosed garden and parking… the location is perfect too with Dunwich beach and pub both nearby.
Dunwich, a lovely seaside village just down the coast from Southwold. Dine out at The Ship is a popular pub serving the local Adnams ale and explore the nearby rspb Minsmere and the forest and heathlands. A walkers’ paradise with the beach on the doorstep.

Lovely cottage full of character and in a tranquil location. Perfect for anyone wanting to be away from noise and crowds. The walks are stunning. It would however, be challenging for anyone with limited mobility to tackle the stairs, which were eccentric to say the least. We were fine, but it might be worth mentioning in the description.
