The focus of our break was a concert at Snape maltings, so 5 minutes away by car, yet utterly peaceful - couldn’t be better. Perfect for our dog too with the large, safe garden and plenty of walks to hand. As the weather was so beautiful over Easter, we too appreciated the garden which is well equipped with comfortable seating. One suggestion - in the Spring, particularly with a good weather forecast, As well as the welcome pack of goodies, we appreciated the ample stocks of kitchen towel, loo roll, washing &cleaning materials - so important when shops are at a distance - besides, who wants to bother on holiday?! The separate wine/beer fridge and the dining room canteen of cutlery (not that we used the latter) were very impressive - a first in any property we’ve been in! Finally, a big tick for the superbly comfy bed. I usually return from trips with my back aching for my own bed - not this time!

Well situated rural location within walking distance if dog friendly pub. Easy access to several beach locations and countryside attractions. Snape Maltings a few minutes away with retail outlets, galleries and arts / performance venues. ( and a dog friendly pub)
