    About this property

    Complimentary Welcome Hamper
A complimentary welcome hamper will be awaiting you on your arrival containing milk, tea, fresh coffee, bread, butter, eggs, juice, wine and cheese, along with other essential items to prepare a light snack or breakfast. There may be some regional variations.

Located in the heart of the pretty coastal town of Aldeburgh is this wonderful property, ideal for a family seaside holiday. Lovingly renovated and tastefully decorated in 2017, this elegant terraced house provides comfortable accommodation for five guests. 7 Brudenell Street has an off-road parking space located directly behind the house. Guests will almost always be able to use this for themselves - an added bonus as parking in Aldeburgh during the summer can be a challenge. With the beach being so close there is little need for your own outside space, but should you wish to enjoy an al fresco drink at the end of the day, there is an open area to back of the house - perfect for catching the evening sun.
Aldeburgh’s renowned shingle beach is just a few metres from the front door and the town’s popular high street shops and restaurants are just one road away. Across the road is the Brudenell Hotel, with its reputable restaurant and outside terrace, while Aldeburgh Yacht Club is a short 10 minute walk away. Being located at the yacht club end of town, is particularly convenient for dog owners as dogs are allowed on this section of beach year-round. The main beach allows dogs out of high season between October and April.

  • Hire a canoe, kayak or paddleboard from Iken Canoe and discover creeks and flood waters on the Alde estuary between Snape and Aldeburgh.

  • Thorpeness is only a couple of miles from Aldeburgh. This whimsical holiday village has a beautiful boating lake as its centrepiece, complete with Peter Pan islands and rainbow coloured boats to hire.
