Nice quiet residential area. A little far from the front. Very good parking and we always found parking in town anyway. An excellent base for a couple to visit Aldeburgh and the coast generally.

Small cosy flat, very clean and comfortable. Parking space good. About 20 min walk from seafront, 5 min from Tesco and Co-op.

comfortable property in a quiet area with town, beach and nature reserve all in short walking distance. Can be very noisy from sound of people walking around in the flat above flat above which needs more sound insulation. Would be improved by having a coffee table in the central area of living room by the sofas. The welcome pack of local produce was most appreciated.
