Site Description
Enviably located deep in the beautiful Waveney Valley, these lodges offer a haven of peace and tranquility enhanced by sumptuous and stylish living. Centrally located in East Anglia, a short distance to the town of Diss, offering some great local amenities, and a perfect location for couples and families exploring the coast, forests and Broads, as well as the delights of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
The lodges are set close to the owners small farm. Guests are welcome ’by arrangement’ to see the cows, horses, chickens, ducks and geese or even to bring their own horse and use the facilities.
Arrival Information
Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival, and check out time is 9am on day of departure.
Please be aware the lodges only sleep 6 – if more people are brought the park will be unable to accept the booking. Also in the Otter Lodge they’re happy to accept 2 pets – which have to be added at the time of booking.

Skylark lodge is a big lodge situated on a private plot on Oakwood Farm. If you want a quiet holiday away from the crowds this place is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the hot tub was cleaned and checked everyday. Amy the new owner is friendly and any queries via text were answered within seconds. The beaches of Mundesley, Thorpeness or Southwold are only an hour away by car. We have just returned from a fabulous holiday and hope to return again. Highly recommend!

Had a girls weekend away and it was perfect. Great and beautiful location, the lodge was large and very clean. The owners were so helpful. Would definitely book again, girls weekend or a family holiday!! 10/10 from us
