What a pleasure to have met Joy, fantastic host. Brook Hall Lodge brilliant little find, very peaceful location, great place to stay to explore the surrounding areas. Joy has put a lot of thought into the Lodge and therefore it is a very well equipped accommodation. Joy provided a super basket on arrival, way above any other treats we have been provided before from other accommodations where we have stayed. It contained cereal, bread cheese, cake, biscuits, eggs, milk, fresh fruit and veg. ( strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, bananas and satsuma, runner beans and a beautiful marrow) little butters and jams. Speciality tea and coffee. A bottle of grape juice, and I’m afraid sweeties which didn’t last very long ! Also a lovely little basket of treats and a ball for our dog. There is a superb garden which you may use with an extremely large pond, outdoor seating, bbq etc. Joy also doggie sat for us on the Saturday whilst we attended our sons wedding at Helmingham Hall. ( what a great extra service to find at an accommodation) I would like to commend Joy and Sarah for the cleanliness of the Lodge, absolutely spotless, which also includes any linen provided. I also would like to point out the best pillows I have ever slept on! We highly recommend this accommodation which will be confirmed by many when you read the visitors book at the Lodge. Do not hesitate to book, thank you for a great stay Joy and Sarah. We hope to see you in the future. (Stayed August 2021)

The best compliment I can pay is that we did not want to leave this lovely place, due in some part to the great location, but in great part to the hospitality of Joy. What a great host. We loved the walks around here and the wide range of places to visit. Walberswick beach was a big hit with the family, as was Framlingham Castle. Suffolk is a beautiful county - we had not been before but we are keen to return. A repeat visit to Brook Hall Lodge would be fab - if Joy would have us again! Thanks.
