This beautiful and peaceful setting offers a great deal of luxury with large ensuite bedrooms, conservatory, private garden and use of swimming pool and tennis court. This is a perfect spot for a family get toegther or romantic getaway in a beautiful setting. Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 1.5 miles.

Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, washbasin, wc.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, TV, special cubby section for a child's bed. En-Suite Bathroom with bath, overbath shower, washbasin and wc.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, TV, extra single bed. En-Suite Bathroom withbath, overbath shower, washbasin and wc.

Garden: Enclosed at rear, plus use of extensive grounds and walled gardens with swimming pool (April - September only) and tennis court.

Parking: Within property (gated).

Heating: Electric heating.

Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome.

Notes: Towels provided. Owner requires a £250 security deposit. A card can be swiped on arrival or cheque can be sent to owner in advance if preferred. Please bring your own tennis racquets if you wish to use the tennis court. Large freezer available to use in the pool room. There is a 24 hour laundry service available within the main house.

Lavenham is one of Suffolk's `Gems' and a wonderful place to visit. The town has great restaurants and pubs with excellent food and interesting shops and galleries and it has one of the most unique medieval settings which has been made famous by its use in the recent Harry Potter film. An ideal place to stay for a break to explore Suffolk's countryside and coast.
