From the delightful village of Cheddleton are the Churnet Valley Railway, walks and cycle trails taking you through the moorlands and within easy driving distance the market town of Leek. With its antiques emporia, bookshops and galleries, as well as a number of shops, restaurants and real ale pubs, it is a lovely town to explore. Also in the area, the wonderful Roaches are great for walking, climbing and mountain biking, and Tittesworth Reservoir and Alton Towers are also both worth a visit. This excellent Cheddleton cottage is the perfect base to enjoy this beautiful part of the Staffordshire Peak District.

The Staffordshire village of Cheddleton is situated in the Staffordshire Moorlands, three miles from the market town of Leek.
