Located perfectly for being tucked away in the centre of town, with the harbour being just 30 seconds from the front door, there sit on the harbourside and admire the view of the boats sail and the fisherman unloading their catch.
Weymouth’s long and golden sandy beach with its shallow waters are just a brisk 5-minute walk from the front door. Weymouth offers a perfect traditional seaside day with donkey rides, Punch and Judy and bucket and spades a plenty.

Harbour Catch Cottage is the perfect base for a small family or couple to enjoy a Dorset seaside holiday.
This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.

The accommodation suited us perfectly. Comfy bed. Clean bedding. Quaint and quirky little cottage. Old cottage and the start of the year is always a bit musty- but aired out quickly. Centrally located and although you can hear the clubs and pubs at night time itâs nothing a pair of ear plugs canât resolve! Or just go to the party! The parking permit was a bonus and we had no problem finding a parking place in the area although parking is free from 6pm in public car parks, as far as I am aware. The kitchen was very well equipped, been in larger houses with much less - Thankyou to the owner who must be a cook! The little courtyard catches the sun in the morning âï¸ The only downside is the steep staircase inside but as long as no one with mobility issues books should be fine.
