The dual aspect windows and vaulted ceilings create an airy and relaxing atmosphere, and a peaceful space. Sliding french doors lead out to the generous balcony, where you can enjoy relaxing and taking in the great views to Beaumont Lake, with the Pine Ridge and Dorset countryside beyond. On the ground floor you will find a small bedroom set up with bunk beds, ideal for spreading out, as a study space or as a quiet room for a travel cot.
Silverlake is a holiday home development and has acres of woodland and forest paths, with great opportunities for walking and cycling and lakeside water sports activities including kayaking and fishing (please note, additional charges may be incurred for equipment hire). Enjoy the on-site shared outdoor heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, muga courts, play area, roof terrace with bar and cafe, private beach and spa facilities within the price of your stay at Swan Cottage, exclusively the only one bedroom property available.
The world-famous Jurassic Coast is just a short drive or cycle away, making trips to iconic Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove easy, and nearby you will find Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, and Sculpture by the Lakes. The county town of Dorchester is just ten minutes away, and has numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, museums and two cinemas.
Whilst Beaumont Village and the surrounding areas are fully completed with no construction in view, there are some properties at Silverlake that are still undergoing the final phase of construction. When out and about on the development, you may see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas.
