One of four barns situated on the owner’s coastal farm west of the pretty village of Abbotsham. With direct access to the South West Coast Path, you can enjoy beautiful walks with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. A great spot for keen surfers with sandy beaches nearby including Westward Ho! Croyde and Woolacombe.

      An absolutely fantastic house with views to die for. We were going to pop into town for a drink, but instead we took a couple of chairs outside and lost ourselves in the view, and who would have expected on last week in January. Great to be able to let the dogs out to run around. We hope to return.

      We loved our stay at Kingsland. It’s furnished and equipped to a very high standard and the underfloor heating made it very cosy. We felt very well looked after, and were spoilt by the basket of goodies that was waiting for us on arrival. The Christmas decorations were a much appreciated surprise touch. We’d love to visit in the warmer months to spend some long summer evenings enjoying the views.
