Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo are bustling twin villages on either side of the pretty estuary and there is plenty to do for those who like messing about on the water, walking on the coastal path or sampling the various village pubs and restaurants. Riverdale is also a perfect base from which to explore the nearby city of Plymouth, beautiful Dartmoor and Celtic Cornwall is just a short drive away.

Front door opens into the living room. Seating area with two sofas on either side of a stone fireplace with woodburner stove. TV. Dining area with seating for 4. Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave and washing machine. Cottage stairs to first floor and bedroom 1 with two 3ft beds, (can be linked to form double) and shuttered windows with views of the estuary. Bedroom 2 with 5ft double bed. Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside: Enclosed rear courtyard furnished with garden table and chairs. Barbecue.
Parking: Garage parking approximately 150 yards from cottage with space for an additional small car if parked partially in garage.
