This former barn has been loving converted by the owners and offers an ideal base from which a couple or small family can explore the beaches and attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The owners live in the adjacent Victorian house, but privacy is assured. Located within the hamlet of Penhallow, a stone's throw from the popular, family friendly village pub and surrounded by miles of countryside. Situated a short drive from the popular coastal town of Perranporth with its wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs, as well as the picturesque 3 miles of golden sandy beach that is popular with surfers and families alike. A short drive from the A30, that links east and west Cornwall, means that the property can be used as an ideal base to visit the whole of the county, from the rugged beauty of Lands End, to the popular tourist destination of Newquay and to the shopper's haven of the cathedral city of Truro. The cosy accommodation is arranged over one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with flatscreen TV with Freeview, and 1 single with en suite shower and WC (narrow and with limited head space).
