Located in the centre of St Mawes just 150 yards from the beach. The large paved patio area catches the sun, a perfect place to sit and relax or to enjoy a quiet evening drink and al fresco dining. Downstairs there is a shower room and well-equipped kitchen. On this floor you’ll also find a good sized living/dining area with dining table for four, leather settees, TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to the flagged patio that has garden furniture. Following the outside path around the property you will come to the utility room with washing machine. Arranged over the first floor are two twin bedrooms both with lovely expansive sea views plus a family shower room. All rooms with the exception of the kitchen and shower rooms have wooden floors. There a parking spaces to the front plus an area to the rear for bikes or kayak’s.
