Snaptrip says

Harbour View in Carbis Bay offers a delightful stay with its stunning views and proximity to the beach and train station. The apartment is praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome packages, though these are not guaranteed. Some minor maintenance issues are noted, particularly with the balcony and certain facilities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the apartment to be clean and well-presented, with several reviews highlighting its spotlessness. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as dirty balconies, cobwebs, and dusty areas, which slightly lowers the overall cleanliness score.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views of Carbis Bay, easy access to the beach, and convenient proximity to the train station for travel to St Ives. The scenic surroundings and peaceful atmosphere contribute to a high location score.

Guests frequently mention the comfort of the apartment, noting the comfortable beds and furniture. Some minor comments about the need for a new mattress and the quality of the shower slightly affect the comfort score.

The apartment is generally well-equipped with modern amenities, but several reviews cite issues with maintenance such as problems with hot water, the balcony's condition, and minor kitchen equipment needs. These concerns impact the facilities score.

While guests have mentioned welcome packages and the helpfulness of the housekeeper, there is not enough consistent information about the provision of gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category.

Everything we needed was provided for even fresh milk when we arrived. Thank you.

View over car is bay is stunning! Shame about the state of the balcony, especially since it’s the lead view online! There’s green algae growing on walls, moss growing over the paving. Needs a good jet wash and a lick of paint! Other than this it is a beautiful apartment and I would reccommend and also stay again (provided balcony is sorted out!) thank you!

The apartment was beautiful, but, as with previous feedbacks, the balcony let it down. Such a stunning view but the cleanliness and upkeep of the balcony detracted from the rest of the property. Needs a coat of paint or at least wash all the green and grime off the walls and floor. Fag butts not swept up either. FYI The double socket to the left of the sink doesn't work. All the others were fine. Could do with a small sieve or colander. The freezer door, as reported a few times before, is broken and awkward to use. Also perhaps state the parking height restriction on the main advert rather than advise two days before arrival. Luckily we could lower our suspension but if we had brought our other vehicle we would have been in trouble. We had an issue with the washing machine, couldn't find the main manual for it. It was blocked with a key and coin which had been there quite a while but luckily we managed to clear it and left a note for the cleaners that the wet towels were in the bath from mopping up the near flood. Having said all this, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you.
