We loved our stay here, lovely and remote and peaceful, but pub and shop a mile away. Cottage has everything you need apart from food. We had a few days out and a few relaxing days in the cottage looking out over Bodmin more. . Will highly recommend to anyone wishing a relaxed peaceful break. And your only 1 mile to the pub and shop. And the camel trail to connect you to Padstow if you wish, your only 25 minutes away from most places. Bodmin, Padstow, wadebridge. Brown willy tor. Goliath falls, and lots more.

Charming cottage, with private enclosed garden in an excellent location on the moor. There are lovely walks directly from the property (you can literally walk for miles if you had the energy) and lots of places of interest to visit only a short drive away. The garden is spacious and secure for the dog with lovely views across the moor and plenty of wildlife to watch. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need for cooking/ dining etc. and comfortable seating, bed and outside furniture. Dark sky is great for star gazing. Would definitely return for another break.

Beautifull clean cottage with all the equipment you need. the views were amazing and our dogs loved the walks on the Moors . We were surprised with a winter wonderland and although the cottage is quite remote we never felt unsafe and again we were checked by the owner if we were ok.
