Take a dip in the tidal sea pool, enjoy a relaxing stroll along the towpath of the canal, or stride out along one of the dramatic clifftop paths branching away from the town. There are some truly stunning beaches along this stretch of the Cornish coast, including the sheltered cove at Crackington Haven (9.5 miles) and the vast, sandy shores of Widemouth Bay (12 miles). Nearby attractions include Tintagel Castle, Jamaica Inn, and Tamar Lakes (all within 15 miles).
