Set on the edge of a 15 acre nature reserve, the cottage is also wonderfully positioned for outdoor adventure so when you're not down on the beach you'll be able to take in the local flora and fauna on nature walks and cycling excursions.

Utterly charming from the outset, the cottage’s interior is a fantastic mix of old and new with flagstone floors, whitewashed stone walls, and mullioned windows sitting alongside stylish furnishings and modern amenities. A wood burning stove in the living room as well as large cast iron radiators throughout the property, keep the cottage warm and toasty during the chillier months, while a modern kitchen and a stunning contemporary bathroom add an air of luxury to the home.

A bright conservatory / breakfast room leads out to an established garden complete with built-in charcoal BBQ, where guests can relax in the sunshine or enjoy alfresco dining.

Located on the ground floor the small but perfectly formed kitchen is separate from the lounge and features a Belfast sink as well as range of appliances including a fridge / freezer, electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A selection of pots, pans, utensils and crockery are also provided

Dining Area

Located in the conservatory, the dining room has a table and four chairs with views out to the garden

A private, established garden to the back of the cottage is secure and suitable for dogs. On the raised lawn there is a table and chairs for outside dining while on the lower level there is a brick built-in charcoal BBQ. Charcoal is provided for the BBQ.

The back garden is accessed via 4 steps and is raised. As a result, care will need to be taken as there is an unfenced drop. Images of the garden are within the image gallery.

Parking

Off-road parking for two cars is available on the property – please note that the car port is not for guests’ use
