"It was very nice to stay here. The Owner was friendly and helpful. We get what we paid for . For 2 it is spacy enough for 4 it will be good in Summer. Kitchen is small. No wifi, no mobil radio at all. I like the sound from the c 130 Engines...it is in the final from Brize Norton, normaly from 6am to 4pm. Lot of horses. We would come back."

"Lovely cottage on a working farm. My daughter loved the many horses that the farm had. Location good, some lovely towns very close by, Burford being our favourite. Cottage nice and cosy and clean. Would stay again no bother if visiting the area again."

"Had a lovely 3 nights in this cosy cottage - very well equipped and home from home. One thing it didn't have was a cafetiere - well we looked everywhere for it..Lovely log fire and plenty of logs. The sofa was very small - there may be room for one a little bigger.Lovely area and very nice owner - Linda and great to meet the horses.Very good pubs in area.Warm but the door to living room from the hall doesn't fit and so there is a draft when it is cold.Lovely warm bathroom and lots of hot water for bath."

"Had a great few days, bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival, plus tea, coffee and sugar. The bottle of red wine was a very welcome bonus! The log fire was a great extra. An ideal location for the Cotswolds and Oxford."

"We loved the quiet location and being in the farm. The children particularly liked the dogs! Very well equipped cottage."

"Lovely quaint cottage on a working farm. Cosy and warm and situated in an idyllic village setting. Quintessentialy English. Located close to Brize Norton military air base so for you plane nuts, lots of close up sights of fast jets and transporters. Excellent. Mr and Mrs Walker were extremely accommodating, and left us a very nice welcoming bottle of wine, and a bottle of milk was in the fridge for a welcomed cup of tea after a long car journey. The area abounds with fabulous pubs, restaurants and takeaways in Lechlade. We would definitely return. Good value for money."

"We had a lovely family Christmas in this very quaint and cosy country cottage. The little gifts left for our arrival bought a smile to all of our faces, even the dog had a treat! The bedrooms are very comfortable and surprisingly spacious as it is a ’little’ cottage. It is ideal for for families, pets and couples and the open fire is a great bonus. The location is idyllic but still within easy reach of Oxford etc. Thank you for a lovely stay. Dec 2012."

"This property is so cosy and quaint, noting has been faked up to make it look old yet it has everything you need. even if the weather was poor it is the kind of place that you could happily switch off with a good book or too. I would recommend this property in Autumn, winter or spring as the living room fire is so lovely and easy to clean too. March 2012."

"The perfect place for a relaxing getaway; quiet, comfortable and in the middle of the country, yet with cities close by. Everything was provided to make us feel at home and it was the perfect way to introduce our kids to the English countryside. July 2011. "

"Hi. The cottage that we four stayed, was cosy and well looked after. The owners were very nice and inviting. For a longer stay and a centre to tour the Cotswolds from it would be perfect. Our stay was short but I would recommend this cottage. July 2011."

"Property was small but very cosy, and very pretty. With the fire going the house was very warm, despite visiting in Winter, and the house was quite well appointed. March 2011."

"The cottage was fabulous. It was small, warm and cozy, just what we wanted. It was a "proper" country cottage - no fancy frills or posh finishing touches to make it look like a city loft, just a down-to-earth proper homely cottage. I specifically booked this cottage to surprise my boyfriend as he loves his military aircraft. The cottage is very close to an RAF base and we had some wonderful views of the planes taking off overhead. Some people moaned about this in their reviews but it was quite clearly written in the overview (that’s what sold it to me!!). Nov 2010."
