Laid out on a single level with large open plan drawing room/dining room and kitchen, the private terrace and the apple orchard beyond can be seen through the French doors and windows opposite. This serene cottage has a seaside feel to it, pale and cool in colour and full of light. The ambience is of the present, with natural floors in stone and wood. A high pitched ceiling with ancient beams and a cool simplicity of decoration. The focal point of this space is the magnificent, white, ceramic Scandinavian wood burning stove, it’s beckoning to be lit on a cool, chilly evening.

The kitchen is at one end of this well thought out space offering island unit and all the comforts of home - Are you ready to open the ‘Welcome Hamper’ of Champagne and all the local produce? it is a WOW factor all the way!

A white carpeted corridor leads from the kitchen to two, twin-bedded rooms – both have ensuite shower rooms. The first twin room has 2 single beds with wonderful headboards and dressed with welcoming covers. The second twin room has a high pitched ceiling and 2 four poster metal framed beds – luxury knows no bounds with its rich feel and lush textures.

At the opposite end of the drawing room and away from the twin rooms, a door leads to the Master bedroom, with a high pitched roof and cool pale grey walls, with a rather lovely French black metal four poster bed, graced with rich linens and bedding. The ensuite bathroom has a power shower over the bath a marble basin and a screened off WC & bidet – The ‘Elemis’ toiletries just add to the luxury.

Doors leading from the master bedroom and the drawing room to both the terrace and the orchard of ancient gnarled and lichened apple trees on a velvet lawn. Garden furniture seating 6 and the gas BBQ is perfect on warm summer days and evenings for family and friends to enjoy. Especially after time in the onsite Gym, Spa or indoor pool.

There is a Children’s play corner nearby which is shared with another cottage; seesaw and swings to make any child smile.

As this cottage is pet friendly, you can bring your dog with you – The private enclosed garden gives added safety to both children and dog.

The well thought out interiors to all the rooms in the cottage gives a welcoming breath of fresh air with a modern twist.

Kitchen: Island unit and fully fitted kitchen; Belfast sink with waste disposal, hob & oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave & dish rack.
Outside

Doors leading from the master bedroom and the dining room, open onto the private terrace and enclosed garden amongst the apple orchard.

Garden furniture seating 6 with parasol and Gas BBQ.

Separate children’s play area with see-saw and swings is shared with one other cottage.
