Marina Prospect is a splendid Georgian terraced house overlooking the Royal Marina at Ramsgate.  The view from the house is completely riveting and it would be easy to spend an entire week glued to the huge windows in the first floor sitting room watching the constant activity at sea and the boats bobbing at their berths below.  This is Kent's most important marina with a superb range of marine facilities.  As host to international sailing and water-skiing championships, it attracts yachtsmen from all over the world and a cosmopolitan atmosphere pervades the cafes and restaurants that surround the port.  The harbour is nearby and there are miles of sandy beaches and wild stretches of shoreline for bird watching and beachcombing.  Shop: 500 yards  Pub:  50 yards  Coast:  50 yards

Dining Room is elegantly proportioned with stunning views over the front garden across the marina and has a magnificent marble fireplace. The dining table seats twelve and a separate table in the window is perfect for smaller groups.  There is also an antique sideboard

Snug is a useful room with TV, three seater sofa, armchair,children's chairs and a window seat facing the decked rear garden. Shelves house a good selection of games including PS2. There is also a decorative fireplace and funky chandelier

Kitchen is bright and well fitted with contemporary units housing a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, five ring gas hob, microwave and large fridge/freezer.  There are two leather and chrome stools behind the breakfast bar and a door to the garden

Garden:  The front garden is entirely enclosed with shrubs and hedging providing privacy from passers by.  The rear garden is mainly decked and there is a bistro table and chairs and door to alleyway at rear of property.

Parking: Double yellow lines so cars may be unloaded directly outside the house and then parked elsewhere on Prospect Terrace or surrounding streets.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Notes: Steep steps from the garden to the lower ground floor so children should be supervised.
