This original fruit pickers bothy has been converted to a modern styled chalet which can sleep up to 6 - there are 2 double bedrooms and use of a double sofa bed.  There is a ground floor shower room which is convenient for any guests with mobility issues.  There is a large south facing decked verandah with garden furniture and far reaching views over the Weald of Kent.  The living area is open plan and is modern, spacious and light.  There is an electric feature flame effect fire with colourful lighting, creating a cosy atmosphere and also chasing away those chilly evenings. It is just outside the village of Sutton Valence with 3 pubs and close to Maidstone for shopping, the cinema and the lovely Mote Park.  It is also perfectly placed for visiting our numerous National Trust properties and castles, local vineyards and lots scope for  walking and cycling.  The property will accept dogs.
