This exceptional architect designed holiday home adopts a stunning ecclesiastical form with soaring ceilings and arched windows. The entrance hall has an impressive glazed Crittall-style lobby with double doors to the large, open-plan living space where a central J C Bordelet fireplace with suspended chimney takes pride of place.

The modern industrial theme is enhanced with the black metal steel roof trusses and cast iron radiators, and the wonderful limestone staircase with industrial cast-iron handrails which ascends to the first floor.

The house is flooded with light from the windows, door and remote controlled velux windows, and doors lead onto the black limestone terrace which offers a huge space for entertaining, within a pretty walled garden.

The large sitting room and sunny conservatory dining room offer a really superb sociable space for entertaining. The state of the art Hacker kitchen has volcanic stone veneer cabinets, Silestone worktops and Siemens and Delonghi appliances, and a wine fridge. On the ground floor you will find a second sitting room with TV that can also be a twin room, with en suite shower room. Upstairs are the three main bedrooms all double, but two can be converted into twin rooms on request. One has an ensuite shower room, and a family bathroom has a luxurious bath and separate shower.
