We are delighted to present this unique seaside Fisherman’s cottage situated in Island Wall, the most sought after street in Whitstable.

The cottage has been restored offering a fresh and simple style with a timeless retro 50’s slant within a charming period two-storey home. The decorative fireplaces, steep crafted staircases and stripped wooden floor boards act as Victorian backdrop and marry harmoniously against the select pieces of 50’s furnishing and original artwork that can be seen throughout.

Interesting original magazines and period objects are dotted around the home, adding to the nostalgia of each era yet with all the conveniences of modern day including large flat screen TVs, central heating and wifi.

Enjoy the private enclosed garden, pull out the BBQ on a summer evening, create a storm in the galley kitchen or ponder which of the fine choice of restaurants along the vintage high street less than two minutes away you wish to try.

An unrivalled location beside a pebble beach, with sea views from the beach stretching for miles! Why not take a stroll along the shore, enjoy the sea air, perhaps picking up some famous Whitstable oysters washed down with a glass of bubbly for that special occasion.

The cottage is ideal for complete rest and relaxation, or indeed with so much to see and do in Whitstable, and across Kent, equally superb for fun and activities - the best of both worlds!

Entry from the street up a step directly into the sitting room and dining area.
Ground Floor
Sitting room, with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and chair seating for 4 guests (other seats can be provided on request), hidden TV with DVD player. 
Dining area, seating for up to 6 guests
Kitchen, down one step from the dining area with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, upright cooker oven and hob.
Shower room
Enclosed garden, is accessed from the rear of the kitchen, with  BBQ, table and chair seating for 5.
First Floor – up a fairly steep wooden staircase (short steps)
