Rear sitting room, log burning fire, sofa and chair seating for 4 / 5 guests. Wall mounted large flat screen TV.

 

Kitchen and breakfast room, open plan. Island with washing machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. All the essentials for self catering. Breakfast table with bench and chair seating for 8 / 9 guests. Bi folding doors to the garden.

Pretty garden and patio. Lounge seating for all guests to relax.

Parking in surrounding car parks (at least three all less than 3 minutes walk away). RingGo is a Parking Application on most mobiles available across Canterbury and most of Kent – No need for change or returning to the car.

Permit parking can be arranged at £10 a day (book in advance – subject to availability).
