had to contact the housekeeper due to power cut in the kitchen. Sam was very Kind and gave assistance on the phone although it was late in the evening. She arranged for an electrician the other day who got the white goods running again.The appartment was very comfortable with a perfect view to Canterbury Cathedral and we liked it very much. Only the heating in the bathroom with the shower over was obviously defect. Thank you for the nice Holiday!
