Kitchen, includes 5 ring gas oven with warming plate, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. 

Sunroom, with leather sofas and feature fireplace. There's a dining table with chairs overlooking the garden

Family bathroom, fitted with bath, shower over, cotton towels have been provided

A second staircase leads to the top floor where there are 2 further bedrooms.
