This is a a sweet little converted dairy on a working farm sleeping two. There are scented roses around the door welcoming you in to the open plan, traditionally furnished, interior which has a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. There is a galley kitchen area with a washing machine and a separate bedroom and bathroom with wonderful views across the duck pond. It is located on a small farm with cows, sheep, ducks and hens and 2 farm dogs. There is a wrap around garden for enjoying al fresco dining or just a morning cup of coffee while watching the world go by. It is a short walk to St Michaels which is just outside Tenterden and has a pub, small convenience store and a post office. Tenterden offers a wider range of cafes and restaurants, independent shopping, the East Kent Steam Railway - perfect for railway enthusiasts to jump aboard and do a bit of sightseeing through the beautiful Kent and Sussex countryside. Biddenden Vineyard, the oldest vineyard in Kent is close by and the awardi winning Chapel Down Vineyard and Swan restaurant are not too far away either.

This is a lovely comfortable cottage, very peaceful location for getting away from it all but also near to Tenterden and the delights of Kent should you want. This was the second time I've been.

We’ve had a lovely time at cowstall cottage! The cottage looks exacte as shown. We were so lucky that the roses were in bloom, on the field next to the cottage were calfs and lambs and the weather was sunny ☀️

A very pretty little cottage located a short drive from Tenterden. Very relaxing and cosy with the added bonus of a log burner. Ideal as a base for exploring southern Kent of just relaxing.
