It is situated close to the village of Biddenden in Kent where there are vineyards, and is near to a Nick Faldo designed golf course so both fishing and golfing are available. Nearby is Headcorn with a station that offers access not only to London, Canterbury and the coast but also to Paris for a day trip. Fishing is included, subject to availability, on the pleasure lake and can be upgraded at an extra costs to fish on the specimen lakes.
