Church Elms Farm, as mentioned in the Guardian, is a Grade II listed, period, detached farmhouse set in 2 acres of land on the outskirts of Woodchurch village. Surrounded by a cottage garden, it has an enclosed barbecue area and open field. The farm has a large pond that is fenced off, also a tennis court and a games room with a pool table and table tennis facilities.

This delightful house has exposed beams throughout the property, retaining some original features. It is light and spacious, the perfect house for a lovely break with friends or family.

A short walk away you will find two local pubs, The Six Bells and The Bonny Cravat or explore the Woodchurch Village Life Museum.

Otherwise, the farmhouse is just 4 miles away from Tenterden town centre and 7 miles away from the Cinque Port of Rye which both have a wealth of shops, restaurants and pubs.

On the other side of the village there is a Rare Breeds Centre.

Ashford town centre is 8 miles away and the mainline station provides a service to London Charing Cross and Victoria, with the International Passenger Terminal providing access to the Eurostar.
