Oak Barn is a charming barn conversion in a peaceful farm location, within easy reach of Ryde and surrounding beaches.
Internally Oak Barn retains many character features including wooden beams in the vaulted ceiling and a woodburner that acts as a focal point for the living area.
Externally, the patio and enclosed rear garden can be accessed through double doors in the living area and features a table and four chairs, ideal for dining al fresco.
For a range of amenities the town of Wootton is close by, alternatively the popular seaside town of Ryde is a short drive away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.
Oak Barn is situated on Fernhill Farm, which features 4 individual barns in total.
Bookings must arrive and depart on a Saturday between 1st April and 30th September, short breaks may be accepted outside of these dates by prior arrangement with our Bookings Team.

A big thank you to our hosts, Karen and Karl for a perfect week at their Oak Barn. A lovely welcome and first class accommodation. Very quiet and peaceful with lots to do and see on the Island.

Accommodation brilliant, couldn't be better. Karl and Karen very friendly and helpful, just ask and they will do or sort it. Weather has been very hot. Had some good days out. The cake was delicious, eggs and wine were very nice. It was perfect for Harley the dog, nice space in garden. We'll certainly recommend Oak Barn to others and be back again ourselves. Thank you!

We decided at the last minute to book a visit to the Isle of Wight and couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. Oak Barn is beautifully converted and well-equipped. It has been a fantastic work and our 2nd year old has loved staying here in a "big bed" for the first time. Running around the garden and seeing the chickens. The warm welcome from Karen and Karl including the homemade cake, wine, milk and eggs were definitely appreciated. We'll recommend Oak Barn to family and friends and hope to return in the near future.
