For a range of amenities the town of Wootton is close by, alternatively the popular seaside town of Ryde is a short drive away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.

Oak Barn is so lovely, very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need and in very peaceful. It is also very central to all of the Isle's attractions. the cake, wine and eggs provided on arrival was a lovely surprise. Thank you. Karen and Karl are very welcoming always ready to help out. Really nice to meet you. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Oak Barn and we look forward to coming back again. this holiday was a perfect holiday for our young family. the barn was perfectly designed and equipped for all our needs. the area was perfect for leisurely walks nipping to the shops and grabbing a take-away. We thoroughly enjpyed the relaxed feel at the Isle of Wight and we hope to come back every year.

All three generations who have been staying in Oak Barn this week have loved all that it has to offer, form the comfort inside to the peaceful garden and its surroundings. It has been such a relief to return to Oak Barn to totally relax and cool down after days out on the island in this week's heatwave conditions. Karen and Karl's friendly welcome has been greatly appreciated, not to mention the delicious home made cake, eggs and other treats awaiting us on arrival. Thank you for everything and we look forward to a return visit very soon.
