Please note: There is a steep incline from the entrance of the site, down to the car park and bungalow. . This stylish holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms and is ideal for families. The bungalow, comes with an allocated parking space for one car and has its own garden area to the front. The site’s communal open green is extensive and slopes upwards towards the cliff edge, where great views of the English Channel and St Boniface Down can be enjoyed. Bonchurch lies just to the east of Ventnor and is renowned for its historic literary connections, this picturesque village gained huge popularity in the Victorian era when the area’s appealing micro climate combined with the dramatic southerly coastline, led there to be many fine houses and villas built, with many renowned writers of the era such as Dickens and Swinburne frequenting the area. The coastal village retains a popular pub and the 11th century church and footpaths provide access to various bays and excellent coastal walks.

Nearby Ventnor is a traditional Victorian seaside town, which has a fabulous range of boutique shops and fine eateries, Ventnor is renowned for its golden beach and bustling arts scene with the Isle of Wight’s award winning Ventnor Fringe Festival that takes place every summer, and the Ventnor Botanical Gardens which has over 23 acres of wide-open spaces containing rare, subtropical plants and trees which flourish in the unique micro climate enjoyed on the south coast of the island. Just a short drive from the property are the bustling seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown, providing miles of glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for the whole family.
