Within easy walking distance of Ventnor Beach, this cottage makes a handy base for those bucket and spade breaks. Ventnor’s sandy beach is the Isle of Wight’s most southerly beach, and it’s the kind of beach that has brightly coloured beach huts and good old-fashioned deck chairs.
You’ll find all the usual amusements on the promenade, and when it comes to dining, the restaurants have a fantastic reputation for serving up fresh, local seafood. Ventnor Botanic Gardens is another popular day out, and with 22 acres of sub-tropical gardens, it’s perfect for a family wander.

...welcoming & with magnificent views. In the town: Cantina is great for breakfast; Crab & Lobster quiz on Thursday eve - quirky, fun & prizes for all; Baptist Church Saturday market has some interesting products; Hair Shack is great for hairdressing & hair products. Further afield, Arreton Barns has a huge array of delicious, local products & the Dairyman’s Daughter pub won’t disappoint! Walks - left along the Undercliff to Bonchurch; right all the way to Steephill Cove; up the hill from Lowtherville to the NATs Radar for STUNNING views across the island.
