Ivy Cottage is a fantastic country cottage set in the tranquil countryside on the outskirts of Chale, close to its historic church. Ideally located for investigating West and South Wight, the coastal road from Sandown to Yarmouth is a particular highlight.
Inside, the property is furnished to a high standard with modern decor and benefits from a bright and open living and dining area and a large modern kitchen with a second separate dining area. The luxury continues upstairs with two large double bedrooms with incredible views of the local area, a twin room, and a spacious final bedroom furnished with bunk beds.

...celebrate our Mum's 70th birthday, with my bother visiting from the USA. As we have two boys aged 10 and 13 we needed a range of activities to keep them entertained too. We were certainly not disappointed! It was perfect for our parents, us and the boys. The table tennis table was probably the biggest hit, with the log burner being a close second! The weather was mixed as we had expected and it was lovely to be able to head back to the cottage and enjoy the lovely surroundings and our well stocked fridge! The kitchen was brilliantly equipped and everything was clean and working. On our last afternoon the sun broke through and we were able to explore the surrounding fields from the little back gate in the garden. It was a joy to see our boys enjoying the outdoors and not be connected to a screen! All in all it was an idyllic setting for a special occasion, we could not have been happier with our choice.
