With uninterrupted views of the English Channel this elegant and imposing villa, built in 1929, has a style all of its own from the manicured gardens, which could fool you into thinking you are in the south of France, and are the setting for alfresco dining or just lazing the day away on a sun lounger. The garden is a cool ¾ of an acre with a long water feature, outdoor seating for 16 and sea views from all aspects perfect for enjoying a sundowner.

The interior of the villa has been lovingly restored to its former grandeur with period art deco art and furniture. Giving that feeling of decadence to a stay in Marine Villa, making even more of special celebration. With a magnificent Art-Deco sitting room seating 18 comfortably and a 22 seater dining table, this house is perfectly suited to a multi-generational family get together. Further Art Deco influences include an upstairs sun room with huge sliding picture windows to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises by day and bay illuminations by night. Original oak paneling extends throughout with a truly opulent staircase taking you up to the bedrooms.

The villas expansive windows throughout allow you to take advantage of the magnificent sea views and gives an unrivalled view of sunrises over the sea filled horizon. The six bedrooms are also just out of a film set, quite literally, with many of the quirky ornaments and features having been sourced from actual film sets or rescued and restored to their original glory. Take a look around the house and have a guess which piece has the most checkered past.

The comfort of the villa also extends into the modern kitchen which can double up as a chef’s kitchen and a sociable family breakfast room. With outside caterers available why not treat yourself to a indulgent celebratory meal to go with your truly memorable stay to on the island.

Marine Villa: sleeps up to 14 adults (plus 4 additional children/teenagers) across 6 bedrooms (plus the 'Morning Room' which has 2 additional single day-beds) additionally it has large entertaining spaces and outdoor living space with coastal views
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: Elegant oak paneled room with large staircase leading up to the first floor, desk, wifi connection and phone.  
Large spacious sitting room, Sonos Hi-Fi system, plentiful seating, views overlooking the garden, TV, woodburner style gas, fold out card table, and doors leading to the morning room and garden patio. 
Kitchen with large island with breakfast stools for 10, crockery for 22, 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 large American style fridges, 3 ovens and hob, 2 toasters, 2 kettles, all with modern styling and French windows leading out to the patio, views onto garden and sea beyond. 
Dining Room with formal dining table that seats 22 with matching chairs, dresser, food warmers, ice bucket decanters and serving trolley, ambient art deco side lights.
Morning Room: Two day beds which would suit teenagers (sleeps 2), room for a cot. Alternatively the Morning room makes a great secondary lounge as it has a DVD player, PVR and board games. 
Sunroom: Seating with coffee table and bookcases, large windows to overlook the garden and coast.
Bedroom 6 (sleeps 2) Fully accessibly M1 + M2 bedroom suitable for guests with disabilities, two single beds with memory foam mattresses. Wheel chair access via private front door and accessible bathroom and wet room. 
2 further WC’s downstairs, one attached to the kitchen, the other leading off the entrance hall.

First Floor

Upper Sunroom: Large wide aspect windows with views of the garden and coast, comfortable armchairs and side tables.
Bathroom: With toilet, washbasin, bath and an overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) Family bedroom with King size bed and Bunk beds for children, in addition there is a small day single bed for a child (sleeps 1 child) and space for a cot with sea views from the windows, TV, dressing table.
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 3) King size bed, day bed (sleeps child/teenager) room for cot and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and an overhead shower.
Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2) King size bed with side sea views.
