You will instantly appreciate the subtle blends of modern day living and comfort which mould together perfectly into this reverse level house. On the ground floor, the bedrooms provide a perfect area for sleep and relaxation, whilst on the first floor you will find a large open plan living space which includes a kitchen and dining area. From here you can open sliding doors onto a large glass frameless balcony where you can dine, relax and enjoy the vista.
During summer, you can witness the parade of thousands of yachts competing in various sailing regattas and the Round the Island race from the comfort of your own balcony whilst treating yourself to some wine. There’s also a useful separate laundry/utility room for when you’ve just got straight off the beach.
Solent Lawns is a short walk away from the village shops, the Water’s Edge Café, Gurnard Green with a children pirate park, The Woodvale Pub and the popular award winning Little Gloster restaurant. Nearby Cowes can be accessed along the seafront, where there are a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants

Solent Lawns is a beautifully modern, well equipped family home. The house has been comfortably furnished and many high tech features only add to the sense of high quality about the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the stunning views from the living area and balcony whilst sipping my morning coffee. The area has lots to offer too! We had a lovely meal at Coast bistro in Cowes, just a short drive away. Overall a fab house and fab time had by all! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

What a wonderful property ......the pictures looked lovely but the house far exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms full of light and SO well equipped. We wanted for nothing . Beds were great . The sitting room was perfect for a chill out stay : excellent sofas , top TV , superb balcony where you could sit for breakfast or in the afternoon sun watching the sea and shipping . The weather was good and so we also sat in the small garden out of the wind . Lovely kitchen and diner. The property picture showed a road at the front which was beyond quiet . All very tranquil with the sea and small beaches and esplanade (all the way to Cowes) a mere 4 minutes walk with a brilliant café which became a favourite for breakfast and coffee . Also walking distance was the Gloster Restaurant which was excellent. And two shops only minutes away which sold everything. We also treated ourselves to The Hillside in Ventnor : an amazing dinner in special surroundings. Other tips : the big walk from Ventnor( stunning and unspoilt) to Shanklin and back. And Osborne House : crab sarnies in stunning surroundings. Blue Chip staff were so helpful with advice before we booked. Top marks all round : we loved it so much we're coming back next year !

We were looking for somewhere special to stay for a family get together and booked Solent Lawns.From initial contact with blue chip holidays, everything went very easily, with plenty of information and help if needed. On arrival to the house everything was perfect. lovely location, wonderful views across the solent and the house had the wow factor.The house was extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing.Thank you to blue chip and to the owners of Solent Lawns.
