This lovely, well equipped holiday bungalow stands detached within its own lawned gardens, only a mile from local beaches and coves and a host of stunning Heritage coastal and country walking, plus cycling routes, including The Tennyson Trail, named after the famous poet who once resided in this area. This quaint village is convenient for the delights of the popular scenery and attractions that West Wight has to offer. It is about a 10-minute drive to the popular sailing town of Yarmouth which has a historic square with traditional inn, restaurants and a pier. The Needles Park is also a short drive with chairlift, boat rides, amusement park and battery. Other attractions to discover include Carisbrooke Castle, Calbourne Mill, Blackgang Chine, St Catherine’s Lighthouse, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Osborne House, Donkey Sanctuary, many wildlife centres, amusement parks and a pearl factory. Water sports, golf, fishing, riding and sailing are available nearby. Shop and pub 200 yards.

The kitchen was well equipped and there was washing up liquid etc. However, the hob/cooker hood and oven needed cleaning. I did clean the hob and cooker hood, but draw a line at cleaning the oven! The whole property could do with decorating and a really good clean."
