The Clock Tower is a magnificent apartment set over 2 floors and part of an old stable building on the grounds of a fabulous Hampshire sporting estate. Accessed via a hallway at the ground floor and set over a further 2 floors up into the clock tower itself; the apartment is surrounded by over a thousand acres of beautiful countryside in the Itchen and Candover Valleys close to Winchester. From the window you’ll overlook the historic core of the estate which is called Grange Park; a 600 acre landscaped park and neo classical Grade 1 country house called the Grange, which is now in the guardianship of English Heritage. The house is no longer occupied but it hosts a wonderful opera festival every year, which is not to be missed in June and July.

Accommodation comprises of a cosy living room and kitchen with a blazing wood burner on the first floor and with gorgeous views out over Grange Park. As it is a tower you should expect stairs; the first bedroom has a wonderful king sized bed you’ll want to dive into after a busy day exploring and a further bedroom on the second floor with two twin beds. You can also find a modern rainfall shower room and another separate bathroom, giving it a lovely feeling of space and homeliness for 4 guests.

There is access to a garden area below the tower from where you can admire the views, sip your tea and catch up on some well-deserved reading whilst listening to peaceful countryside sounds surrounding you.
