If you are after a fresh locally sourced meal for the family just a short stroll up the lane is The White Buck with a nice garden and great for a quick refreshment too. For fans of Peppa Pig Peppa Pig World is only a 20 minute drive away from the cottage. This large cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends with plenty of space. The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen for preparing a feast for the family and the huge window offers pretty views across the garden and to the paddocks beyond. Adjacent to the kitchen is the snug which acts a great playroom for little ones with toys and a DVD player. The cottage style living room features a woodburner TV and a basket of books for avid readers. There is also a handy cloakroom with a WC on the ground floor. The first floor features three bedrooms a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower and WC a second bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom has one single bed with a trundle bed underneath if required. There is also a separate cot room with a wooden John Lewis cot bed nursing chair and tall boy and an additional travel cot is available if required. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC. Outside is space for three cars and secure bicycle and buggy storage. There is a playhouse for the children pretty gardens and a BBQ with garden furniture which is great for al fresco dining. The cottage also comes complete with a cattle grid so the New Forest ponies don t join you in the garden.
