The accommodation, although clean, could have done with a deep clean, ie, fluff under the sofa. The beds weren't the most comfortable and not many pillows were supplied. The fridge freezer in our lodge had been switched off (I really don't know why!?) and a towel was on the floor when we arrived which was soaking wet! This meant the fridge took a while to get to the correct temperature. The card left by the cleaners said milk was in the fridge as part of our welcome pack; there was NO milk in the fridge. We did call maintenance to look at the fridge as water was collecting on the floor, this was simply where the appliance had been turned off and water had collected in the fridge, so when we used the fridge, the water dripped out and onto the floor. Maintenance were polite and arrived quickly. All staff were very helpful and polite. It was reassuring to see our hot tub being checked on a regular basis.

It had everything needed but only 4 chairs- no good for 7 people, but small details like missing batteries from remotes/ lights not working annoying for "luxury" accommodation. Also outside there was huge stinging nettles in outside area near hot tub- again lack of attention to detail. Outside area was cleaned on Thursday (we went home Friday) .
