"Wonderful spacious cottage, really nice furniture too. We enjoyed the aga and there was plenty of room for our large group. The owners were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed."

"An excellent cottage, but ensuite bathroom not suitable for adult due to sloping ceiling."

"Westend Farm is beautiful and located in a lovely part of Hampshire. The Christmas tree, homemade mince pies and a bottle of fizz to welcome us was a nice surprise. A perfect location and surroundings to spend Christmas with our extended family."

"This was a lovely spacious cottage, very well appointed and very comfortable. We would love to return at a time of year when we might be luckier with the weather."

"I would highly recommend this cottage. The premises are much larger than the website conveys. I had my family of 4 and my 2 parents staying there and there's a ton of room. Everything is very recently renovated and spotless. The cottage is part of a larger estate and a gorgeous farmhouse. The owners were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The location is remote and very rural - 5/10 minute drive to a few small villages and 20-30 mins to more life. We did find a nice walk across the fields to a pub (about 30 mins) which was fun in the dark after a few. The owners were really generous and allowed us to use the tennis court because they were away for a few days."
"A lovely 'home from home' with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lovely walks from the front door and so many wonderful places to visit within 30 mins drive. We loved it and were sad to leave."
"Lovely spacious modern barn conversion in a very secluded spot, but easily driveable to local shops and places of interest. Every amenity provided, lovely Aga keeping the whole barn warm in cooler days. Secluded garden ideal for our two dogs and a secluded country lane for off-lead walking just 50 metres down the road. Highly recommended."
"A lovely spacious house. Wheelchair friendly and step free which was ideal for the older member of our group. Very comfy beds with fresh white linen and quality pillows. The gardens were a delight and the log burner and wood provided, gave a warm welcome on the cold evenings. With a little update to the bathrooms and the lounge furniture our stay would have been perfect."
"Spacious, well appointed comfortable house in a quiet rural location with ample parking and a lovely garden. Perfect for a relaxing holiday."
"The cottage is very spacious and comfortable and has been decorated to a high standard. It is in a quiet location with a nice pub a few miles awayPlenty to do in the area with beautiful views all around."
"Lovely location , spacious , ideal from a get away from everything break"
"This is a wonderful venue with everything we needed for a quiet break. There was nothing to fault and we will look to book again before too long."
"A lovely spacious tastefully decorated cottage in stunning quiet surroundings. A great getaway-from-it-all location. Good walks and cycle rides from the door, a pretty enclosed garden for dogs and owners! to enjoy; perfect for multi-generational get togethers as mostly on one level. A friendly and helpful welcome from owners (next door) Lovely local pubs close by and not too far a drive from large towns and the beach (west wittering) Relaxation guaranteed!"
"Beautiful property, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Lovely secure garden for our dogs. We hope to return soon."
"Outstanding property beautiful location everything that would be needed was provided in the property would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would use it again.Excellent."
"We had a great family Christmas here - lovely spacious house that is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely look to book again in the future."
"We really enjoyed our relaxing week at Westend Farm, set in beautiful South Downs farmland. The property is very spacious, clean, warm and well- appointed, with super kitchen and bathrooms. The secure garden allowed our dog to join us on holiday too! We enjoyed visits to the coast, Winchester, Selbourne and Jane Austen's house at Chawton, and enjoyed some wonderful walks on the Downs. We're already planning a return trip."
"Lovely spacious accommodation in beautiful countryside . We felt with some attention to detail it would be so much betterThe housekeeper could do a better job the house felt grubby especially the kitchen. A couple of light bulbs were missing or not working, toilet seat in upstairs bathroom was loose. We visited Portsmouth Historic Dockyard which was a fantastic day out and only about 20 miles away."
"Lovely house which worked really well for 3 generations of our family. Location great, garden wonderful. Only things that would help improve it are a more comfortable sofa and the bracket that holds the shower hose in the downstairs ensuite wouldn't stay up so having a shower was tricky in that shower. There had been a wasps nest which had been treated but there was lots of wasps around still. That said we had a fantastic week and would definately come back again as it was such a fantastic setting and beautiful and very comfortable house."
"Had a fantastic week in this very spacious property. Very rural location but the garden was totally secure for our dog and the accommodation was great. We also did manage to walk to the Bat and Ball for a very good dinner, 45 minutes each way."
"Our second visit. Tranquil rural location , beautiful property ,furnished and equipped to a very high standard ."
"Lovely large cottage, that's well equipped. Lovely garden. The location is very rural and quiet."
"Outstanding . Beautiful property and garden in a tranquil setting . Tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped . Very helpful , thoughtful owner . We've already booked our return visit ."
"Very quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of walking locally with wonderful views on the (ups and) Downs. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. We could happily have spent all day at the farm and gardens."
"Beautiful property and very spacious and comfy. Perfect for our cycling break and would highly recommend."
    "Beautiful setting and lovely house."
"Lovely house in a beautiful peaceful location!"
"Absolutely beautiful property, immaculate and has every facility you could want. Beautiful countryside and great for walks! Will certainly be back."
"A very comfortable and well maintained cottage in a quiet rural setting. Perfect."
"Perfect! Anna and Rob were excellent hosts and helped whenever needed. We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable week end. A and L x"
"We spent our Christmas break in the house and very much enjoyed the experience. The property has been renovated recently and is finished tastefully to a high standard. Among the main pluses for us were the good-sized kitchen with an Aga and virtually all of the utensils you would need to cook a Christmas dinner, very reliable Wi-Fi (most mobile networks aren't great in the general area), and the toasty under-floor heating (and log fire). The owners live in the adjoining property and were very proactive in making sure our stay was enjoyable and ensuring we had everything we needed. We are a family from London with two primary school age girls (and a large dog). The property worked very well for us and, as there are three bedrooms, you could also get another couple of people in the house reasonably comfortably. The owners had two dogs, so our dog loved the company and the countryside. We would definitely consider coming back in the future. It's a nice base for the South Downs and within a very reasonable distance from London."
