Portsmouth historic dockyard is only a 20 minute drive and the pebble beach at Hayling Island is a little known gem (20 minutes); especially at low tide when the tide retreats for miles to reveal soft sand. Great for little feet, kites and wading!

Woodpecker Lodge is a newly converted annex attached to the owner's property approached by a narrow drive set back from the road. Woodpecker Lodge holiday home has it’s own gated garden area and a delightful terrace with outdoor seating to enjoy the peaceful garden setting - watch out for the woodpeckers and deer!

Inside is a spacious open plan living area with kitchen and underfloor heating; as well as a downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs are two further cosy bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room and a twin. Each bedroom has its own TV, the ideal setting for a real wind down moment for total relaxation.
