A bright and smart open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen greet you, whilst tucked away at the rear is a king size bedroom with fantastic double-aspect private views. The lovely bathroom has a deep double-end bath with rain shower, perfect for a refreshing wake up or a long luxurious soak. With underfloor heating throughout and an inviting log burner too, Primrose Lodge is a warm, snug cottage to spend some quality time away from the madding crowds.

From the door there are plentiful walks and picturesque landscapes to explore, but just a couple of miles along winding country lanes, you can reach the traditional village of Mayfield in 5 minutes by car.
