Was a lovely place to stay and my parents thoroughly loved it. They both are in their 90s so the lodge was excellent for them to move around in with all the space. It was very peaceful. The club was not to full so again easy to move around and they loved the bingo every night. All the team were very friendly and polite. Every where was clean and you felt safe. Will be booking again for next year.

Overall had a very pleasant experience. Sadly once the holiday was over the customer service was very poor. I had left my coat behind when I realised I rang the camp who told me the cleaner wouldn’t be in for two ( really with supposed extra regimes du to COVID ) and they would ring me back after three calls none of which was returned my granddaughter actually drove back to the camp only to be told if I had left it it would be in the lost property. They then said items placed in lost property were dated and there had been nothing added since September. She asked if she could Look in the lodge but was told it had been checked already .not very helpful at all .
