West End Farm can sleep 12 guests in the main house and an additional 4 guests in the joining annex (The Lodge). The main house has 6 bedrooms and The Lodge has 2 bedrooms.

West End Farm can also be booked with The Lodge to accommodate 16 guests (we can provide Z beds for extra children if required).

Bedrooms- 3 of our double rooms have impressive 8.6ft caesar beds - guaranteed to be the largest bed you'd have slept in! The others are at least superking size and our twin rooms can be made into superkings upon request. 3 of our bedrooms have en-suites, the others share 2 family bathrooms.

Using the finest crockery and glassware, equipped with everything you could possibly need from toasters to a bread maker. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, smart TV, Netflix. Full heating throughout. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.

Welcome Goodies includes warm freshly baked bread, bottle of wine, jam, chutney, tea, coffee, sugar and cake, all ready for your arrival.

Highlights- smart TVs, Netflix, log fire, quality fabrics and furnishings, your very own bar, outdoor games area, hot tub and a bean bag children’s chill out area.
