Little Marsh Lodge is a little gem, located on the edge of the Pevensey levels National Nature Reserve and the renowned Cuckoo Trail, a 14 mile picturesque trail following the former ‘Cuckoo Line’ railway track. A truly welcoming ground floor south east facing lodge with a fantastic raised decked veranda (called a loggia) overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens. Such a peaceful spot.

Floor to ceiling height French sliding doors in every room bring the outside in. Watch captivating birdlife from every room in the lodge, whether it’s from your sumptuous bed, your contemporary living room, or while enjoying your breakfast in the morning at the dining table.

On warmer days sit outside, listen to birdsong and watch the world go by. Step outside and put on your boots for some great walks on your doorstep. Follow the Cuckoo Trail by foot or bike; it passes through Horam, Hailsham and Polegate. For shopping and exploring, visit the nearby market town of Hailsham and the seaside resorts of Pevensey Bay and Eastbourne. After a long day out enjoy a relaxing evening in and immerse yourself in the tranquil and peaceful setting.
