Bedrooms are arranged over the ground and lower ground floor, some rooms with direct access to the garden. As well as the main gardens, there is a small courtyard with a hot tub and dining table, and the grounds lead the way to a circular running route. Accommodating all guests with a couple more little ones on request, there are a mix of kings, twin and a family room. This is the ideal holiday home for those who appreciate a touch of designer luxury.

Kitchen and dining room.  Dining table seating for 15. Gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer.  In addition to the dining area there is seating at the breakfast bar for 4 and bistro table seating for 4.  Access to patio area.
Breakfast room with piano, sofa, seating area.  French doors lead out to patio area. 
Sitting room with sofas, TV. Panoramic views of the grounds. 
Utility room contains washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 1 / Courtyard - Double, with king-size bed (sleeps 2). Leads out to balcony. TV with DVD.  Shower room en-suite.
Bedroom 2 / Pond view - Double, with king-size bed (sleeps 2), en suite shower. Patio doors lead out to terrace. TV and DVD.
Lower Ground Floor
Bedroom 3 / Master with super king-size bed (sleeps 2) with large en-suite bath and shower.  French doors lead to garden and pool.
