There is a selection of comfortable sofas and armchairs for a relaxing night in. The property has a pay and display car park nearby. Bexhill-on-Sea is a wonderful seaside town with many attractions. A couple of minutes walk from your accommodation is De La Warr Pavilion, an iconic modernist building from 1935, offering contemporary art exhibitions, eatery, bar and shops. Also nearby is Egerton Park, which offers tennis and bowling facilities, a large play structure, an outdoor gym and a cafe. And let's not forget Hastings Pier, a pleasure pier which was built in 1872, and was most popular during the 1930s and 1960s, it has fabulous walking and sightseeing opportunities. De La Warr View is an excellent apartment for those family breaks.

Bexhill-on-Sea is a seaside town in the country of East Sussex. It is home to a number of archaeological sites, a Manor House in the Old Town and an abundance of Edwardian an Victorian architecture. The town also offers excellent sporting opportunities, with good golfing, sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, wind kiting available and for walkers, the 1066 Country Walk, as well as many interesting shops, museums and town gardens.

Note: Pay and display car parking available at De La Warr Pavilion opposite De La Warr View (Between the hours of 20.00 and 08.00 hrs it is free of charge.

Charges during the day are £1.50 for one hour, £2.50 for two hours, £4.50 for four hours, max hours £5.00.

There is also ‘free’ 2-hour road-side parking around the area which is lifted between 6pm and 8am or unlimited out of zone areas a short walk from the holiday let).

Note: Open fire is non operational.
