It adjoins the owner's beautiful organic grassland and woodland estate beyond which is extensive Forestry Commission woodland with free access for walking and cycling. Village pub is a healthy walk away. Excellent superstore in nearby Peasmarsh. Seaside and inland sporting, recreational and cultural attractions for all ages within easy reach.  Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 mile Coast: 6 miles

Bedroom 1 with a super king-size bed (separable into twin beds), two reclaimed pine bedside cabinets with lamps, a single bed, fitted wardrobe, ash dressing table with mirror and plenty of space for a cot

Garden: Large, pretty and private with extensive lawns, specimen trees and shrubs enclosed by old fashioned English hedging.

Parking: Ample parking in front of integral garage. No parking in garage.

Also Provided: Payphone. Logs (first basket free)  and garden furniture .

Notes: A security deposit of £50 cash  is payable on arrival at the property. Please contact owner before arrival if you require the beds in a different arrangement than as specified above.
